How It Works

This tool builds a classic "lost pet" flyer entirely in your browser. Your photo and details never leave your device.

  1. Upload a photo — click the drop area or drag an image in. A clear, well-lit head-and-body shot works best.
  2. Enter the details — your pet's name, breed, colour, where and when they were last seen, and how to reach you.
  3. Optionally add a reward and keep the tear-off tabs along the bottom, each printed with your phone number so passers-by can take one.
  4. Click Update Poster to refresh the preview.
  5. Click Print / Save as PDF and, in the print dialog, choose your printer or select "Save as PDF" as the destination.
Tips for a poster that gets noticed
  • Enable "Background graphics" in the print dialog so the dark banner and borders print.
  • Use a portrait A4 / Letter layout — the poster is sized to fill the page.
  • Keep the description short and specific: distinctive markings, collar colour, and whether the pet is microchipped.
  • The tear-off tabs are pre-cut lines only — snip along the dashed lines after printing.
  • Print several copies and slip them into clear plastic sleeves for weatherproofing.

All image processing happens locally with the browser's FileReader API — no server, no upload, no tracking.
